we has an awesome experience learning some tai chi moves today, Amy's mum came with some of her group to teach us, it built on what I have learnt at my gym sessions.

I had fun at the mall with guys group yesterday.  There were two women as well,so we tried out some purfume!  We looked around and had fun with our friends.  One of my friends wanted to see the mall, and this was his trip.

I'm really enjoying going to the pools for my weekly swim, it's so relaxing and fun in the sun! A great way to get excercise

Sports!

We went to the Sports World store in Lads Group today.  We saw fishing gear,but I really liked the sports like basketball And this softball I really liked!
