Op shop work

I really enjoy being helpful and useful at the op shop, sorting and displaying the clothing, the ladies I work with are nice and teach me lots.

Deep thinker!

I'm deep in thought pondering my next art project, I'm getting some ideas down on paper before I get started!

Life skills and catch ups

I really enjoy being helpful, washing the van can be a really fun experience, it's great being part of a team. Marshall and I enjoy catching up and sharing a few laughs!

Bayfair and op shop work

Went for a cool trip to bayfair, got a treat drink, and bumped into some friends from greerton.  I worked really hard with the clothes and Cusions at the op shop this week too, I enjoy working hard and seeing the good job I've done.

Pottery and art studio visit

We visited Karen a former arohanui staff, at her art studio, what amazing talent, I also really enjoyed using the stamper at pottery.

Craft cafe awesomness

I had a fabulous time at our last craft cafe session for the term, we made paper stars to help decorate the hall for the school holiday programme. It was quite tricky with all the folding and cutting, but just look at the result! 

Pottery fun

I concentrated really hard while mixing grouting for my pottery session, the owl we are working on is super cute! Pottery is one of my favourite activities at Arohanui.
