Maintaining our plot

We must maintain our plot at the community garden by weeding, watering and getting rid of snails and slugs we find, it's great learning about the gardening processes and being out in the fresh air, here I am just getting some leaves out of the way for the lettuces to grow through.

Helping to sew

We have been brainstorming at the centre to find some projects, jacky and I are sewing some prototype coasters, I listened really well to jackys instructions as I was in charge of the pedal!

Community gardening

Now the better weather is upon us, we have been getting back out into our community garden, it's great to learn about how to grow and look after our plot!

Super helper

We went for a trip to mitre 10 to get some tomato plants for our garden, I did great work paying for our purchase and remembering to ask the lady for a receipt! Keep me on!

A visit to the beach

After seeing Asha, we popped up to the beach to feel the sea air on our faces, while we looked at the giant waves, it was a nice outing!

Bingo

I enjoy playing bingo with my friends, its good practise for when I go to the rest home, and keeps me sharp with my numbers!

Miss shark

I'm practising my pool moves, I'm getting pretty good at pocketing the balls, I need to be very careful how I hold the cue.
