Beach goer!

For walking we went to Maketu beach. I really enjoyed walking along the beach line and on the sand. Was a bit challenging walking on the sand but happy with myself for doing it. 

 

Weaving and Reno

In culture group, we miss some weaving. Here’s me with my art work that i worked on with my friend Kate-Lyn. 

In Reno group we worked in our project. Here’s me using the bracing vice. 

 

Life skills and Paper Mache piece

In life skills and communication group we learned how to properly wash our hands, brush our teeth and brush our hair. 

In fabric class we have begun doing paper mache for music and sensory. We have begun making some shakers.

Drum away & Swimming

Here’s me in music session utilising the African drums to add to our instrumental session. 

I went to Baywave for an awesome swim. I loved gliding through the water and exercising. 

 

Abilities unleashed and Anzac Wreath

Here’s us at Abilities unleashed in Greerton. I was learning to swing a hoop around my arm. 

Here’s me at the memorial hall gifting our Anzac Wreath we created in the centre. We also went to the library and new music store. 

 

Papamoa and Donovan

Here’s us at Papamoa beach for walking group. We walked around and played hide n seek.
